What does the full festival pass include?
It includes everything, the Friday night Festival Opening Party, Saturday's Latin dance workshops (18 in total), Saturday night Latin Stage Show & Charity Gala (includes 3 course meal) and Sunday Beach Party & Latin Dance Workshop.
What does the Beginner's full festival pass include?
The only thing different between the Full Festival Pass and the Beginner's Festival Pass is at Saturday's workshops you will have access to 3 x 1 hour workshops for Beginners or All Levels only.
What do I need to bring to the registration counter at the event?
You will need to present your booking confirmation on your phone to collect your event bracelet.
Can I pay for one workshop?
We will offer a 2 x 1 hour workshop pass on the Saturday.
What level of workshops are available?
We will have workshops for beginner, intermediate and advanced dancers.

There will be performances at Friday night’s Welcome Party and at Saturday night’s Latin Stage Show & Charity Gala. The Full Festival Pass is the best value as it also includes the workshops on Saturday and Sunday.
What is included in a Performer Pass?
You will have access to the entire event from Friday night’s Welcome Party to Sunday’s daytime workshop and party by the beach.
If you are performing on Friday night ONLY, for Saturday night’s Latin Stage Show & Charity Gala you will seated with the rest of the guests to enjoy the sit down meal and stage show.
If you are performing during Saturday night’s Latin Stage Show & Charity Gala, you will be given a dinner voucher when collecting your wrist band. Please do not loose this voucher. You will need this to receive your meal on Saturday night after you have performed. Your entrees will be served in the Green Room. Once you have performed your remaining course will need to be collected from the kitchen. You will be seated with fellow Saturday night performers to enjoy the remainder of the stage show and party. Desserts will be served on the tables.
Performance teams will be allocated group tables so ensure you sit with team mates. (Please note: if you have family or friends attending on the Gala, they will be seated at a different table closer to the stage. Otherwise they would be sitting by themselves for most of the night).
Who is considered a student for a student discount?
Anyone holding a current student card, full-time and part-time. Student Card will be required to be shown at the door.
Who is considered a senior for a senior discount?
Anyone over 60. ID will be asked for at the door.
Who is considered a beginner?
Anyone can be considered a beginner. However if you buy a beginner pass, you can only attend the beginner workshops.
Is there food available at the venue?
Friday - Yes, finger food will be provided on Friday evening.
Saturday - Lunch, refreshments, and tea and coffee will be available for purchase during the day (times to be advised).
Saturday Night includes a 3 course meal served from 6:30pm to 8pm during the stage show. This is included in the Latin Charity Gala ticket, which must be purchased before June 4..

What sort of clothes and footwear should I wear to the workshops?
Most dancers chose to wear flat, soft soled shoes for Latin dancing. Many women also choose to wear heels. Whilst the venue is air-conditioned; cool and comfortable clothing is essential for the event.
Please consider the comfort of your dance partner and bring a towel, deodorant, mints, and changes of shirt.
